Casa Le Barche is an outstanding home located in one of the wings of a fabulous historic property still owned by the same noble family. The Villa has always been a private home, a place of glamour and elegance; During their stay the guests will be able to visit all the main villa and the park, accompanied by the owners. The villa is a beautiful and untouched example of renaissance architectural balance. The enormous 16th century complex in Palladian style is structured with a central main building which is flanked on both sides by arcaded wings which frame an ‘Italian’ style garden with a fountain, Greek mythical statues, flower beds, lawns and bushes. The park (70.000 m2) is fully fenced and rich in wonderful plants and is pleasantly framed by long rows of hornbeams, lime trees and oak trees, which meet in front of a lovely dove cote, a chapel and a large fish pond with running water. Close to the main building, in a garden separated from the main park and reserved only for the guests, there is a swimming pool surrounded by oleanders, roses and hydrangeas. Inside Casa Le Barche guests can appreciate furniture and objects belonging to the family since 16th century, which have been conserved over the times, period paintings, objets d’arts and new matching furnishing create a warm and welcoming ambience. The house was restored and partially refurnished in 2004, the walls have original marble plaster surface and most rooms have parquet floor and plaster decorated ceilings, while the bathrooms are furnished with hand painted ‘Vietri’ tiles and high standard bath furniture.
The Villa is located in a very well known wine area. The most selected wines here produced are: Pinot Bianco, Grigio and Nero, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Refosco and the well-known Prosecco. The villa has its own wine production as well.

Ground floor: In the entry way, you find marble stairs that lead to the first floor.
First floor: It features a dining room with a table sitting up to 8 people and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and toaster. A large living room which has six windows on three sides , equipped also with an open bar of spirits and liqueurs, TV, stereo CD and DVD player. A double bedroom with a queen bed and a bath en suite (tub/fixed shower head), private sitting room with sofa, writing-desk and wardrobe. The entire suite has exposed beam ceilings and windows overlook the porch of the villa’s wing..
Second floor: A double bedroom with a queen bed, writing-desk, three chairs and two chests of drawers and en suite bathroom (tub/fixed shower head). A double bedroom with queen bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and easy-chair. A twin bedroom with wardrobe and two chests of drawers. These two bedrooms share a bathroom (tub/fixed shower head) All the windows on the upper floor overlook the main Italian style garden and the villa’s façade.
All bedrooms have individual climate control and telephone.


Outside areas: Private garden and patio, with a wooden table, ten chairs, six deck-chairs and a barbeque/grill. A private pool and dressing room with pool towels (changed twice a week), extra chairs and a small refrigerator is accessible from the private garden. Other amenities are a soccer field (inside the park) and three mountain bikes. There is an ample parking by the apartment entrance.
