The SALVIA apartment is part of the beautiful complex of the "Fattoria La Selva”, located in the hills of Trequanda , only 30 Km south of Siena.
This farm , was inherited by the actual owner through linear succession: through the Socini, a very well known Siena family of notable bankers, notaries and theologians dating back to the 1400s .This type of line succession is quite rare even in Tuscany, as most of the large estates were broken up or sold long ago, outside of the historical owner’s family line.
La Selva is a farm 212 hectares large, standing in the ”crete” (clay-lands) area.
The typical brick and stone farm-house has been carefully restored and divided into apartments, equipped with antique furniture.

The swimming-pool, a ping pong and a large park with barbecue are part of the large common areas for guests use.
