The rental price includes garden , pool maintenance and maid service twice a week.
Additional maid service is available and can be paid on the spot on an hourly basis.
On wednesday there are two hours of cleaning for bathrooms and kitchen, and the change of bathtowels and pillow linens.
Change of bed linens is once a week.
Guests will be provided with a mobile rechargeable phone.
There is no internet connection inthe Villa . Guests can use the wireless line of the owners, who live very close.
The security deposit of 250€ must be paid in cash on the spot directly to the owner. No checks or credit cards are accepted .
Infant beds , high chairs are available on request. Must be requested at the time of booking.
All windows have mosquito screens.
Pets are not allowed.
Final cleaning, towels, sheets and blankets are included in the price .
There is no A/C . Three fans are available upon request.
At 500mts there is a tennis court, a small football stadium, and a bar. There is also the possibility of horse riding, playing golf and doing shopping at 7 kmts from the Villa.
The house is set within the grounds of a larger house. It shares the entrance gate and parking area, but has it's own private, hedged garden area and private pool.
A light welcome dinner including hand made pasta and local wine will be offered by the owners.
