The villa, with its unusual long shape, is made of ancient stones and it is situated in the heart of a wide estate of 150 hectares. The villa can easily accommodate 13 people and has every sort of comfort. In the very past , around the year 1000 the complex was a cloister on the “via Francigena” – the main road from France to Rome – that still pass through the estate. The estate was then owned by the Guicciardini-Strozzi family that used it as hunting lodge, while the Bardini and the Billeri family used it as a country residence , like the present owners the Counts of Passerin d’Entrèves and Courmayeur.
From the beautiful garden in front of the house , guests can enjoy a breathtaking view on the Tuscan countryside. A stone staircase with two flights leads to the swimming pool surrounded by a big grass area close to the loggia, which is the ideal place for dinner “al fresco” during the long summer evenings or for peaceful moment of relax during the day.
The caretaker is an excellent cook , able to prepare unforgettable Tuscan dinner for their guests. With is lush garden and peaceful grounds guests at Villa Diana will feel like in a heaven.

The Villa is located in Montaione, only 15 kms far from San Gimignano and 40 far from Florence. Thanks to its ideal location all the main attractions can be reached in short time.

GROUND FLOOR: One large living room with a table for sitting up to 14 people. One TV room , the library room and one Billiard room and a very spacious fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. There is also a service bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: One double room with private shower bathroom, one twin bedroom with private shower bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom sharing a shower bathroom , one twin and one single room sharing a bathroom with shower and tub and one twin and one double room sharing a bathroom with shower and tub.
OUTDOOR AREAS:. It features a superb garden with flowers , fruit trees and areas to sit and relax or dine . There is a panoramic swimming pool, equipped with sun lounges and chairs. Next to the pool there is a loggia that can can be used either for relax, or delicious dinner “al fresco”. Behind the Loggia there is a bathroom and three dressing rooms, one of which has a big shower cabin.
