This elegant, patrician villa formed part of the great country estate that formerly belonged to an old Pisan family of Counts . They ruled this territory in the 16th century and such was their power and influence that a testimony remains in the name of the nearest village - Cevoli.
The villa, as elegant and refined as a town palace, is set just outside the medieval heart of the village. It is a typical Tuscan villa in that it reflects its noble origin in every corner and detail: vaulted ceilings, frescoed rooms and precious antique pieces spread abundantly throughout. The villa has recently been completely renovated with new colors and decoration.

The close proximity of the village of Cevoli - literally just at the foot of the garden - allows for pleasant strolls, shopping expeditions and simply the possibility of enjoying a cappuccino in the company of the local population - and hence a real village life experience.

Accommodation Details:
On the Ground Floor: There is a large and elegant entrance foyer decorated with antique benches and a beautiful trompe l’oeil marble inlay floor. Family crests in marble decorate the walls. To the left, a small parlor with a charming little fireplace. Family photos and hunting trophies lend a personal air. To the right, a slightly larger parlor with an enormous stone fireplace. Further along on the right an intimate dining room seating 10 is light and airy with French doors leading to the garden. At the end of the foyer, one finds a large living room with grand piano, a 15th century stone fireplace and French doors leading to the terrace. The dining room and informal frescoed family living room with TV also have direct access to the terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen with traditional marble-top table has access to its own very large terrace and an outdoor dining area under a great gazebo. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
An imposing great stone staircase leads to the first floor. There is also an elevator.
First Floor: There is a high-vaulted frescoed salon and a large billiard room . This level houses three twin bedrooms - two with en suite bathroom with shower – the other with bathroom with tub. Two other twin bedrooms - one with beds on opposite walls – form a large suite with a spacious shared bathroom featuring tub, shower and twin vanities.
Second Floor: There is a beautiful large living room with six skylight windows, terra cotta floor and a beamed ceiling. Décor is in comfortable contemporary style with Chinese accents. There is a small kitchenette and direct elevator access. Four double bedrooms on this floor each have en-suite bathrooms with shower. On this newly-renovated level, bedrooms are also equipped with air-conditioning units. Beds features baldachins and all are in tones of white.
Attic: There is a charming loft suite with one single bedroom -equipped with air-conditioning and with a private bath and shower. This room, while quite attractive, would be suitable for a child or staff.
Outdoor Areas: There are two garden areas: The de luxe rectangular pool includes hydro-massage and the area is furnished with sun umbrellas, loungers and two marble dining tables and chairs. There is a beautiful view of the countryside from this small walled garden centered around a Magnolia tree.
There is a second large panoramic terrace with access from the kitchen side as well as the main facade. This area is also furnished with dining tables and chairs under a very beautiful and large pergola in arabesque style , perfect for outdoor dining al fresco.
