The Villa is set on the slopes of ''Monti Pisani'' – an environmentally protected area of outstanding natural beauty and tranquillity. Composed of two adjacent houses , can accomodate up to 14 people. Most windows offer spectacular panoramic views over Pisa, the Leaning Tower and the Mediterranean Sea. Villa La Luce is about a 20 minute drive from both Pisa and Lucca, 30 minutes from the coast, and about an hour from Florence. It is particularly suitable for families with kids being conveniently located near the beaches. The owners live in the property and are eco-friendly people. The abundance of natural resources in the area allows them to offer a low carbon footprint to all guests. The electricity supply is entirely generated by photo-voltaic solar panels fitted on the roofs of the farmhouse.
A natural spring provides mineral water for the farmhouse and the swimming pool.
During the drier months they collect rainwater from the roofs to be used then to water the garden and allotments.

Guests can enjoy whats produced in the farmhouse such as free organic fruits, veg and herbs.
