The grounds and gardens are neat and beautiful. From here guests can enjoy the daily town life of the walled city of Lucca, the beach resort of Forte dei Marmi ( only 30 minutesdrive ) or spend a day in Florence (45 minutes drive ).
The villa is set on top of a hill, off of a paved country road. This is a very private residence with private gate and views in all directions of rolling, wooded hills. On clear days, one can see the Leaning Tower in Pisa. The house was recently restored and the interior designed by the finest craftsmen with respect for both Tuscan traditions and the highest standards of comfort. It has six large modern bathrooms, five large bedrooms, and four fireplaces.
There are screens throughout the house and fans in all the bedrooms. Only the third floor is fully air-conditioned.
