The villa is situated in the countryside of Florence at only 8 Kms from the City center, and enjoys a panoramic position in an exclusive contest just a few hundred meteres from the most important Medici villas and famous Etruscan archeological finds .
It has the atmosphere of a confortable, exclusive and refined coutry mansion. The 19 th century structure is surrounded by a garden of cypresses, lemon trees and old tuscan "terra cotta" urns wich leads into an olive grove typical of these hills and whichs then reaches a swimming pool overlooking Florence.
Guests can enjoy from the pool, magnificent sunsets over the town of Florence.

Ground floor: it features a large living room , one kitchen, and a dining room sitting up to 16 people. One double room with ensuite shower bathroom and three double bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub.
First Floor: one large double room located in the tower, that share a shower bathroom with another double room. A little reading room .
Lower floor:two twin bedrooms that share a shower bathroom, and the laundry room.
Outside areas: A very nice terrace equipped with tables and chairs for outside dinners and a swimming pool with view over Florence. |
