Trullo al Monte is in fact an ancient complex of trulli, which has been completely refurbished in traditional style, perfectly suited to the needs of the modern world.
It features: a living room, with table and chairs, recesses and shelving, a twin sofa bed and a clothes hook on the wall. From the living room, you get to the double bedroom through a delightful little doorway, built into the wall, with recesses in the walls acting as bedside tables and wardrobe and a wooden chest of drawers . A characteristic archway leads from the living room to a small kitchen equipped with everything you will need.
There is a bathroom with running hot water and shower.
On the outside, five steps lead up to a panoramic terrace with a table, sunshades and sun loungers.
Next to the trullo is a so-called "lamia", a typical stone construction with a "tortoiseshell" roof, which has a double bedroom with recesses, wardrobe, clothes hooks, washbasin and bathroom with shower.
Recently it has been added to the complex, another double bedroom with recesses, wardrobe , its private shower bathroom and a little kithchen with a table sitting four people.
Outside areas: Every room has its private lovely terrace and all around the Trullo a green area with furniture carved in stone, shaded by thriving plants such as rosemary, caper and bay. Hidden among the olive branches is an outside shower. The highlight of the Trullo al Monte is by the way the outstanding beautiful terrace which houses an hydromassage tub for seven people, a relaxing area and a spectacular view running from the countryside down to the sea.
