The most recent owners, have resided in the castle since 1968 and the current Marquess has recently undertaken to restore an adjacent farm house and with her exquisite taste. The property has been transformed into a very charming villa housing up to 14 guests. All decor is perfectly in harmony with the renowned Tuscan country style yet brought perfectly up to date. Original architectural elements like the massive rough-hewn stone staircase and the original wine cellar - A large loggia offers an ideal outdoor dining area with a panorama of the gorgeous countryside. The view of the castle from the front of the villa is simply spectacular. On a lower level of the garden is a beautiful built-in swimming pool.

GROUND FLOOR: An entry hall in the former stone portico leads to a spacious and well-equipped kitchen behind which lies a capacious dining room with a very large table to seat 14. Adjacent is a comfortable lounge with satellite TV and a beautiful veranda ideal for relaxed outdoor dining and entertaining. Two double bedroom share a bathroom on this level.
FIRST FLOOR: There are 5 splendid bedrooms - twins or doubles by preference, all with en suite bathrooms.
All the bedrooms have been tastefully furnished to combine modern functionality and a country house feel. Furnishings and colors are perfectly intoned with the bathrooms.
There are screens on all windows and all rooms are equipped with fans.
OUTDOOR AREAS: A private swimming pool is immersed in the spectacular scenery of the surrounding vineyards. There is a large covered loggia running the length of the back of the house furnished for outdoor dining.
