The Cottage is located next to a beautiful Villa which grounds spread over 25 hectares in the municipal district of Cortona. Its lands enjoy a favourable location, are well exposed to the sunlight and are suitable for the cultivation of olive trees, grapevines, wheat, sunflowers and melons. Two farmhouses are located within the estate: one is still inhabitated from the owners while the other , the "Villa" has been well restaured and divided into country-chic apartments .Two lovely cottages are just next to the main Villa but enjoy more indipendence. The swimming pool is located westwards where in the hot summer nights it is possible to enjoy a wonderful sunset.
The guests have the opportunity to stay in accommodations where so much importance has been given not only to the ceilings, with their imposing wood beams and earth baked tiles, but also to the wood furnishings and to the painting of the walls, which is different in every one.
